Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and scale a highly functioning Account Management
program
Provide input into the AM playbook to engage customers and identify
expansion opportunities
Collaborate with Customer Success and Ops teams to align sales
processes and communications
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience leading and scaling customer sales teams
3+ years in an Account Manager or relevant sales role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and growth
quotas
Experience in cultivating customer relationships, preferably in
SaaS
Familiarity with selling into procurement and/or finance
departments is a plus
