Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Writer who focuses on
creating detailed processes and procedures for technical operations
and tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and collaborate with technical staff to ensure
accurate documentation of IT processes and specifications
Create and revise documentation for software, systems, and user
manuals, ensuring clarity and consistency
Engage in quality reviews and maintain a library of documentation
for efficient internal use
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5-7 years of related experience in IT documentation
Experience with SDLC processes, Jira, and Confluence
Ability to manage multiple complex projects and adapt to changing
priorities
Familiarity with authoring tools and content management systems
