Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employment Counsel to develop its
employment legal strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and support on recruiting, employment,
employee relations, and compensation/benefits matters
Draft, revise, and update employment and benefits-related
documentation and agreements
Manage employment-related litigation and collaborate with
cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
6+ years of legal experience in employment law at a top-tier law
firm and in-house legal department
A J.D. and current membership in good standing of at least one U.S.
state bar
Experience providing advice on various employment legal issues,
including hiring and termination
Deep knowledge of employment laws and familiarity with drafting
employment documentation
