Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to manage
and optimize the ServiceNow application, focusing on Discovery and
CMDB.
Key Responsibilities
Mature and expand the ServiceNow Discovery module to enhance data
quality and improve CMDB accuracy
Administer and maintain MID Servers for reliable operation of
ServiceNow Discovery and integrations
Design, develop, and maintain scripts and scheduled jobs to support
business requirements
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience administering ServiceNow
Discovery
Proven experience with API integrations and Service Graph
Connectors
Experience with ServiceNow in a cloud environment (e.g., Azure,
AWS)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, and JSON
