Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Support Associate to provide
exceptional support to clients navigating financial products.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for clients through various communication
channels
Coordinate with internal teams and financial partners to resolve
client inquiries
Develop and enhance FAQs and documentation as products evolve
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing role, preferably in financial
services
Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and
external partners
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment
Strong interest in finance, particularly retirement accounts and
investments
Familiarity with Solo 401k, brokerage, and IRA accounts is a
plus
