A company is looking for a Medical Billing & Denial Follow-up
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, verify, and post daily receipts for hospital services
Research and resolve unclear receipts, and process payment
rejections
Maintain logs of receipts and contractual postings while ensuring
quality customer service
Required Qualifications
3 years of hospital payment posting experience
Computer skills and familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding
Experience in filing claim appeals with insurance companies
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Experience communicating with various insurance payers
