A company is looking for a Manager, Analytics to lead a team of
analysts and support business decision-making across various
internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Transform data into actionable insights and partner with leadership
to address business challenges
Mentor analysts and ensure team focus aligns with organizational
strategic objectives
Create visualizations and structure around business processes to
enhance stakeholder alignment
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in data analytics
Experience leading a team of analytics professionals
Strong business acumen and ability to break down complex
problems
BA/BS degree in a quantitatively focused discipline; advanced
degrees are a plus
Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
