Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service
Representative to provide exceptional service to Medicare
members.
Key Responsibilities
Address inquiries and resolve issues related to Medicare benefits
and coverage
Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to members and other
departments
Locate and interpret benefit information and assist members with
plan documents
Required Qualifications
2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or
insurance
Experience with Medicare plans and regulations is highly
desirable
Must have CPR Certification
Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred
