A company is looking for a Business Systems Consultant
Senior.
Key Responsibilities
Gather business requirements and assess system solutions
Support ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and resolution of system
defects and outages
Interact with partners across multiple organizations to enhance
contact center management tools
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of eight years of experience
in back-end business systems, or a Bachelor's degree with at least
five years of experience
Experience as a product owner or business representative on IT
system enhancements
Familiarity with process improvement practices and tools (e.g.,
Lean and Six Sigma)
Experience with SCRUM methodology
Proficient in building relationships and collaborating across
various levels and organizations
