Job Description:
A company is looking for a Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)
Assistant to provide efficient handling of customer requests and
transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer service issues and support effective business
operations
Gather documentation and manage customer records to fulfill
requests
Analyze issues and recommend workflow improvements for operational
efficiency
Required Qualifications
Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience
Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination
of education and experience
Proficient in written and oral communication in Spanish and English
highly preferred
Ability to handle a high volume of customer requests
Federal registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System
and Registry required
