Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to support
their growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruiting for complex searches and develop
innovative sourcing strategies
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to meet hiring needs and
maintain data integrity
Drive the offer process, including negotiations and extending
offers to candidates
Required Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years of recruiting experience, with at least
three (3) years in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and
Construction)
Experience working within the Architecture, Engineering, or
Construction industry
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
efficiently
Experience with Paylocity is a plus
