Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Specialist to support its
Business & Legal Affairs team.
Key Responsibilities
Create and audit drafts of influencer campaign agreements and
manage contract status
Conduct rights analysis and perform legal research on relevant
issues and agreements
Collaborate with Operations teams and the Legal team to ensure
timely execution of contracts and compliance with advertising
claims
Required Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience in contract drafting and legal
operations
Bachelor's degree; Paralegal certificate or Juris Doctor degree is
a plus
Experience in the beauty or talent management space
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
Experience using contract database software
