Job Description:
A company is looking for a JavaScript Tech Lead to manage and
oversee JavaScript projects and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure project tasks are executed on time according to
estimations
Conduct retrospectives and address identified issues
Oversee project execution, team performance, and provide
mentorship
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a JavaScript Engineer
2+ years of experience in a leadership role
Advanced English proficiency
Strong knowledge of OOP principles and application architecture
Experience with NodeJS, ReactJS, and various databases
(SQL/NoSQL)
