A company is looking for a Director, Global HR Business
Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategy and delivery of organization effectiveness, change
management, and talent programs
Lead talent review discussions and provide strategic HR insights
for business unit realignments and succession planning
Advise senior team on organizational solutions and support
strategic operational decisions for sustained growth
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 8+ years of HR experience in client-facing roles
Experience supporting product or technology functions is
desirable
Broad exposure to HR functions including organizational development
and workforce planning
Further education preferred in Human Resources Management or
Organizational Psychology
Proven experience working at a strategic level in a matrix
environment
