Job Description:
A company is looking for a Credit Cards and Unsecured Lending
(CCUL) Customer Service Representative I.
Key Responsibilities
Perform various customer service activities for CCUL credit
customers
Respond to inquiries regarding account balances, interest rates,
and other issues
Maintain updated customer account information and assist with
research as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
1 year of related experience
Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights and
weekends
Bilingual Spanish preferred
PC skills
