ER experience is a plusExperience must include A MINIMUM of 6 mos at a level 1 or large academic Medical Center hospital working with a variety of inpatient units for medical discharge planningEPIC CHARTING experience is REQUIREDGeneral Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS, RN Case ManagerOther Certifications/Specialty certifications requirements? CCM preferred but not requiredPrefer RN, BSN, *Would consider ADN .Case load/# patients per day/consults per day 15-20EMR - EPIC - must be experiencedUnited Staffing Solutions Job ID #830421.
