Description & Requirements
2 yrs exp
Local Candidates accepted at a lower rate
Must have at least 2 years DISCHARGE PLANNING EXPERIENCE in a
Hospital Acute Care setting covering a vaiety of adult units. ER
experience is a plus
Experience must include A MINIMUM of 6 mos at a level 1 or large
academic Medical Center hospital working with a variety of
inpatient units for medical discharge planning
EPIC CHARTING experience is REQUIREDAbout Source Medical StaffingWe
