  • MS License
  • 2 Years' Experience
  • Must have solid experience as an RN ---1 or more years level 1 trauma experience preferred or experience at a Very large medical center with a lot of surgeries/high acuity patients
  • Must be comfortable with lines, chest tubes
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • Epic Charting experienceOther Details:
    • # Beds: 32
    • Nurse: Patient Ratios: typical ratio for all MedSurg units is 1:5 up to 1:6 at times, ratio would be adjusted down for higher acuity patients
    • Common diagnoses/Types of patients current INFECTIOUS DISEASE, also takes MedSurg overflow
    • Float within skillset, all staff float between all MedSurg units. higher acuity patients would be given to core staff
