Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Care Navigator to manage
crises and connect clients to mental health care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client crises using evidence-based interventions, including
risk assessment and safety planning
Identify roadblocks to clinical care and connect clients to
appropriate treatment options
Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need clients
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in clinical social work or equivalent; LCSW or
equivalent independent clinical licensure required, or Bachelor's
degree in nursing (RN) with two years of related experience
EAP/clinical call center experience preferred
Must be bilingual, Spanish-speaking
Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations
Must be a full-time resident of the United States
