Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) platform, ensuring its optimal performance, reliability, and adherence to industry standards.

Monitor IMS performance and reliability, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks.

Collaborate with engineering, network infrastructure, and IT teams to integrate IMS solutions into the existing network architecture.

Implement and enforce security measures to protect IMS infrastructure from cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

Develop and maintain documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures, related to IMS infrastructure and operations.

Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in IMS and telecommunications, evaluating their potential impact on our operations and strategy.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IMS services.

Perform additional duties as assigned.





QUALIFICATIONS



REQUIRED



Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, computer science, engineering, or a related field; advance degree preferred. .

Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong technical expertise in IMS protocols, including SIP, RTP, Diameter, and related technologies.

Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage. multiple initiatives/projects in execution of daily operations

Strong technical knowledge: ability to present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.





PREFERRED



5+ years of experience in telecommunications, with a focus on IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) technologies.

Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and driving projects to successful completion.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on delivering practical solutions in a faced environment.
