Key Responsibilities
Ensure rebate processing and contact center meet program
deliverables
Monitor contractual requirements and ensure compliance with program
standards
Identify and escalate issues to management while developing
strategies for improvement
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of relevant industry experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Relevant industry certifications may substitute for work
experience
Experience with Salesforce preferred
