Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Director of RCM Compliance &
Quality.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high
standards of quality in healthcare revenue cycle management
Develop and implement quality assurance programs and track
compliance with healthcare regulations
Lead audit functions and conduct routine audits to maintain coding
and billing standards
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in provider revenue cycle management and
practice management
10+ years of people management experience
Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD10, Appeals, Posting & Collections
Experience in managing projects with multi-disciplinary teams
Preferred certifications include Certified Professional Compliance
Officer (CPCO) and Certified Professional Medical Auditor
(CPMA)
