A company is looking for a Director of Payroll Services.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead the Payroll Services team to implement US Payroll
and Benefits Admin products
Oversee the delivery of US Payroll and Benefits Admin projects,
ensuring collaboration with Service Partners
Contribute to strategy and direction as part of the Global Customer
Services leadership team
Required Qualifications
Extensive payroll knowledge, including calculations, tax
regulations, and benefits administration
Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local payroll
regulations
Proven leadership experience with the ability to build
high-performing teams
Experience in payroll system implementation and integration with
HR/finance systems
Experience managing relationships with third-party technology
providers and service organizations
