Job Description:
A company is looking for a Relationship Manager II - Private
Debt & CLO.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for key client relationships
Collaborate with operations and analytics teams to meet client
objectives
Manage client onboarding, including KYC procedures and
documentation review
Required Qualifications:
Combined minimum of 3 years higher education and/or work
experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting
preferred
Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience with direct client
contact preferred
Familiarity with various loan products, including CLOs and private
funds
Professional experience at a CLO Trustee, Loan Agent/Bank, or CLO
Manager preferred
