A company is looking for a Critical Accounts Escalation
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Drive progress and resolution of critical customer issues
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute action plans
Communicate critical issue status to executive staff and
customers
Required Qualifications and Education
5+ years of Escalation Management experience with critical customer
issues
Experience in Technical Account Management, Engineering Management,
or similar roles
Strong technical knowledge of Data Center, Storage, Networking, and
Virtualization technologies
BA/BS in computer science or equivalent; MBA is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with international
clients
